Milk & cheese - alpine cheese tasting at the Rinneralm

Ascent with the Ratschings-Jaufen cable car. After a leisurely hike along the signposted Almenweg you will reach the Rinneralm (walking time 15. min., without guided tour), where you will get an insight into the gray cheese and butter production. At the end of the tour you will taste the cheese and milk products made on the alp (gray and fresh cheese, butter, curd, yogurt as well as other products made from fresh alpine milk)!
