South Tyrolean bread baking experience in the courtyard of the castle Tschenglsburg

A special highlight is our weekly visit to the Tschengelsburg with a bread baking experience. Our regional partner Karl grows the grain himself and shows you how he conjures up homemade Vinschgerl which you can then also take home. Baking takes place in an old wood-burning oven.
