Trail "Hirzelsteig"-Vajolonpass in the Rosengarden

The Paolina chairlift, right next to the hotel, takes us up to the starting point of the hike, the Paolina hut at 2125 m.

We hike along the beautiful Hirzelsteig trail for around 45 minutes to the first crossroads where the ascent to the Vajolon Pass at 2560 m begins. After a short but challenging ascent, we are rewarded with a breathtaking view.

Afterwards we descend to the Rotwand hut, continue over the Christommansdenkmal to the Paolina hut and take the Paolina chairlift back down to the hotel.

Good fitness and surefootedness required!
