On the high-altitude trail at Latemar

Together with hiking guide Ferdinand Pardeller, we depart comfortably by bus from Nova Levante to Obereggen.

The hike leads through varied alpine landscapes, passing through dense forests and reaching the high trail on Latemar. Below the imposing Latemar, you take short breaks to enjoy the impressive panorama.

The trail offers magnificent views of the Brenta Dolomites and the Ortles region.

At a viewing platform with a 360-degree view, you can take in the scenery at leisure before ascending to the Oberholz hut, where there is time for a lunch break.

The trail then returns to Obereggen, from where you take the bus back to Nova Levante. Alternatively, you can take the Oberholz lift down to the valley.
