Wake up with fragrant pastries on the door handle.

The rolls are delivered to your suite door by 7.30 am at the latest.

Please note that the rolls are jour pastry size and are therefore smaller than regular pastries from the bakery:

Semmel: (Kaisebrötchen)

Wheat flour, water, yeast, butter, dried sourdough, rapeseed oil, salt

Salzstangerl:

The pastry consists of wheat flour, fresh water, butter and a little yeast.

Vinschgerl:

Fladenbrötchen made from rye-wheat sourdough and yeast.

Walnut corner:

Bread roll made from wheat, rye, water, walnuts, salt, yeast
