An unforgettable hike - the aim and highlight of our hike is to experience the sunset on the Zendleser Kofel and the full moon night on the descent across the alpine pastures.
Start at 5.30 pm (September 4.00 pm) at the Zans parking lot (1680 m); ascent via the Kaserillboden to the Kaserill-Alm, on to the Wörndleloch Alm and ascent to the Zendleser Kofel (2422 m). The highlight of the hike is the sunset. Descent in daylight to the Schlüterhütte (2297 m; refreshment stop) and in the light of the full moon back to the starting point in Zans. End around midnight (September 10.30 pm).
Hiking data: Distance 9.9 km, ascent/descent 750 m, pure walking time 3.50 h (bring a headlamp or flashlight and hiking poles and mountain equipment required).
