Homemade jams

Homemade jams are our specialty. Depending on the season, our kitchen team led by Chef Tibór Sztepanek prepares a variety of jams. Apricot, raspberry and wild berries are particularly popular. The fruit is mainly sourced regionally from local farmers, for example from farmer Anna from the Birkhof farm in Lana. Available in our small hotel store while stocks last!
