Val Venegia - Mindfulness Walk

An easy mindfulness walk where every step will be marked by an awareness of the here and now🪷. Let’s hug the trees, wade barefoot across the stream, and walk barefoot across the meadow 🌳.

Let’s experience a short meditation together by focusing on our breath 🧘‍♀️.

Mindfulness is recommended for ages 10 and up.

The experience is stroller-friendly and open to everyone.

Parking requires payment (coins).

Let’s have a picnic lunch together on the lawn (BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH).

Meeting point and time: 9:00 a.m. at the Pian dei Casoni parking lot.

Recommended for: anyone who wants to try a mindfulness experience to relax in nature and recharge away from daily stress

-Please arrive at the hike’s starting point at the indicated time. The hiking guide will wait a maximum of 5 minutes past this time. Participants who arrive late will not be able to join the hike. Please note that travel time may be longer during peak season.

-Participation fee: Payment in coins is required for the Pian dei Casoni parking lot.
