Every Sunday at 9:00 a.m., you’ll set off with your guide right from downtown Innsbruck and head south, passing notable sights along the way and entering an idyllic forest trail near the Bergisel ski jump. The route leads gently uphill to the Lanser Kopf, where a magnificent panorama of Innsbruck and the majestic Stubai Alps awaits you. Once you arrive at Lake Lanser, enjoy a relaxing break in peaceful surroundings, and on warm days, the clear water provides a welcome refreshment. The meeting point is at the Innsbruck Tourist Information Office, Burggraben 3, 6020 Innsbruck; the walking time is approximately 3 hours; the tour is 8 km long and includes a 360-meter ascent and a 50-meter descent. Please note that hiking or mountaineering boots and appropriate clothing are required, dogs are not allowed, and free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the start; if the tour is canceled by the provider—for example, due to bad weather or failure to reach the minimum number of participants—any participation fees already paid will be refunded in full.
