Not on the TV, but in the footprints of biathletes. Today's outing takes us to the biathlon stronghold of Anterselva. Join our fitness and cross-country skiing instructor Barbara (former member of the Italian biathlon national team), in cooperation with the biathlon and cross-country skiing school of Anterselva as we follow in the footsteps of biathlon world champions and experience this fascinating sport for ourselves: learn how to correctly handle a professional biathlon rifle, shooting techniques, correct breathing...and much more!

An exciting and unforgettable experience, where everyone can understand what it takes to be a professional biathlete. (Participation possible with cross-country skis or snowshoes!
