Detaily
Yoga meets music - and the rest comes naturally. Inside Flow connects every movement with the beat: breath, asana and rhythm flow together into a choreography that almost feels like dancing.
Mara takes you to a state where you stop thinking and simply move. Powerful, precise - and with real flow. For everyone who knows Vinyasa and wants to know what lies beyond.
Registration required. The course takes place from one person.
