Dumpling workshop at the Kronlechner farm

Anna-Maria from the Kronlechnerhof farm is a passionate farmer.

On her farm in Welschnofen, she keeps animals as well as a colorful garden in summer.

Under Anna-Maria's guidance, you will prepare different types of dumplings with products from the farm and experience a piece of genuine South Tyrolean cooking tradition.

At the end, the homemade specialties will be tasted together and the recipes will be available to take away.
