roots ist der Inbegriff von clean food. Von morgens bis abends läuft der Mixer heiss und man bekommt Juices, Smoothies, Protein Shakes, Acai und Smoothie Bowls, aber auch gesunde Sandwiches, Salate, Suppen und Bagels. Sonntags gibt es ein Brunchbuffet à discretion im roots@balboa. Die Stimmung ist richtig ansteckend und die Mitarbeiter sehr motiviert. Leider kommt es mittags zu längeren Wartezeiten.
