Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of hand-distilled spirits: Christine Schönweger, South Tyrol's first farm distiller, takes you on a delightful journey through aromas, tradition and passion.

In the historic ambience of the Gaudententurm in Parcines/Partschins, you will learn how high-quality fruit brandies are created from sun-ripened fruit - naturally, honestly and with great sensitivity.

Christine's path to the art of distilling is just as special as her products: After a detour into fashion design in Milan, she found her true calling. For over 25 years now, she has dedicated herself to fruit and wine growing and creates fine distillates with great dedication - a new "collection" every year, shaped by nature, climate and vintage.

During the personal tour of the gardens and cellars, you will not only learn about the art of distilling, but also the story behind the products. The subsequent tasting of 16 distillates and 5 limited-edition wines makes this experience unique.
