Description
Together, we’ll drive into the upper Passeier Valley toward Platt/Pfelders, all the way to the Mühlbach parking lot above Ulfas. From there, we’ll start with a leisurely hike to the Ulfaser Alm at 1,604 m. The trail then continues uphill toward Schartalm and Hitznbichl. The final section is somewhat steeper and more challenging, but we’ll be rewarded with a magnificent view of the Passeier Valley as well as the Stubai and Sarntal Alps.
The return route follows part of the ascent trail and then the scenic Ulfaser Waalweg back to the Ulfaser Alm and the starting point.
