SLOW JOGGING - The basis of any healthy running training! The special technique is easy on the joints, the pace is always in the comfort zone and makes measurably good mood.


Learn the most important technique basics and characteristics of slow jogging in a short technique introduction. Then it's straight down to implementation: we run a small or somewhat larger round, depending on the motivation and composition of the participants.



Tip: especially if you are starting to run or have been running for a long time, this offer is ideal to refine your technique with valuable basic tips from our professional:


Meike Krebs-Gatzka is a former professional triathlete , sports scientist and running analyst at the Slow Jogging base in Wirthshof.



Registration required (minimum number of participants!).


Tip: If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Meike offers an impulse training for one, two or three people for an additional charge. If you are interested, please contact Meike directly: meike@meikekrebs.de.
