A natural idyll in the far south of South Tyrol that inspired a chicken farmer and a chef to establish the region’s highest-altitude pasta factory here—with the highest standards of care and quality. Erich Gruber has devoted himself wholeheartedly to the production of high-quality egg pasta. Everything needed for this can be found naturally at 1,200 meters: clean air, pure spring water, and healthy free-range eggs.
