Robert Gierer, fine brandy sommelier, has perfected the fine art of producing top-quality distillates from the best fruit in the Lake Constance region.

His fruit farm in Bodolz near Lindau is now in its fourth generation of distilling. The high-quality brandies are known far beyond the shores of Lake Constance and are a delight to the palate.

Today, he is presenting his specialties exclusively for you with the evening menu.
