Fresh milk, creamy yogurt, and flavorful cheese

All of this is produced at the Ziegenhof cheese dairy, located at 1,400 hm in Eggen. Every day, our goats provide us with fresh milk, which is processed three times a week. The demonstration cheese dairy offers a glimpse into the production of goat cheese. From March through September, visitors of all ages can watch and help make cheese from our goat’s milk. Afterward, everyone gets to taste the finished products together.
