The mountains, nature, the traditions of our land and exciting adventures. Together no one stops us, we are always there to come up with new ideas, and with our energy we give our resort that extra spice. "One for all, all for one," and all for our guests (almost) 24/7. We love to listen to the voice of nature, follow its call and approach it. An experience we love to share with our guests. Werner Call

The phrase "it is not possible" does not exist Werner is a tourism expert, successful businessman and great lover of the mountains. It is thanks to him (and his inexhaustible perseverance) that the Excelsior's quality standards are always up to date. His impetus is counterbalanced by his extraordinary inner peace, a serenity fueled by the power of nature, where Werner loves to spend his free time in the company of his family and guests. During hikes and bike rides in the summer he will entertain you with wonderful tales about the natural beauty of South Tyrol, while in the winter he will be the perfect ski companion for your days on the slopes.

Tamara Call

Tamara is the heart and soul of the Excelsior, and her excellent taste in colors, style, and furnishings does not go unnoticed. Our hostess' innate elegance is reflected throughout the resort. Wherever she is, the energy becomes palpable and our hotel in San Vigilio di Marebbe thrives on her creativity and artistic sensibility. Her works of art express her deep love for the Dolomites, which now, thanks to Tamara, you can admire both outside and inside the Excelsior.

Noemi Call

Leaving the city to return home, among her beloved Dolomites, for Noemi means immersing herself in the ethereal beauty of nature and experiencing moments that only the mountains can give. Noemi's eyes sparkle before the poignant splendor of a starry night. For a moment, it almost seems as if she is touching the sky with her finger. At the moment, Noemi is busy with her doctorate in philosophy in Vienna, where she also engages in various artistic activities. Her creative flair also resonates within the walls of the Excelsior bar, where Noemi likes to entertain guests with her suave jazz voice. It is precisely these occasions, where Noemi comes into close contact with nature and people, that are her greatest source of inspiration. Try chatting with her: her words and ideas will put wings on your mind and make you look at reality from a new perspective.

Giulia Call

The little one of the house has an innate talent for entertaining with her contagious friendliness and cheerfulness. Those who grow up in the big Excelsior family end up forming a deep bond with all members of the #myexcelsiorteam, and Giulia knows it well. You would see how enthusiastic she gets about sharing her ideas with her parents and hotel staff. The same enthusiasm that lights up in the eyes of guests and the Excelsior team when Giulia's ideas are turned into reality. Then again, the apple never falls far from the tree, and Giulia's creativity and nonchalance are clear proof of that. In October 2023, she completed her studies at the University of Bolzano, majoring in Tourism-Sport and Event Management. Besides her professional commitments, she finds joy in the simple things in life: enjoying good food, appreciating the company of her loved ones, and exploring the amazing beauty of her beloved Dolomites. Every day offers her the opportunity to combine her passion for hospitality with her love of the extraordinary experiences our world has to offer.

Luna

The Excelsior's newest addition is sweet, soft and cuddly: meet Luna, our Bolonka Zwetna purebred dog, who from August 2022 brings even more joy and love to our family. Impossible not to love this little ball of fur to the world! Luna loves cuddles and misses no opportunity to be showered with attention and caresses by guests and the Excelsior team. You wouldn't know it, but our little four-legged friend is a true mountain dog! Luna loves walking at high altitudes and enjoying the peace of nature."
