Description
Resilient Kids - Growing Strong with Jacob and Rufus. A 7-day resilience program with Marlene Schnathmeier for children ages 5–12 (preschool through 4th grade). The Resilient Kids program “Growing Strong with Jacob and Rufus” takes children on a 7-day journey with Jacob, his dog Rufus, and seven animal companions. Each day is dedicated to one of the seven pillars of resilience—taught through child-friendly stories, yoga, and breathing exercises. The program is designed as a daily session (approx. 45 minutes) that can be conducted right at your hotel.
