Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, our accommodation is usually ready for occupancy from approx. 16:00 o'clock. We endeavor to hand over the accommodation units in good time, but ask for your understanding if we are not finished cleaning on time. If you arrive after 18:00 we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.

If you arrive by train, you can be picked up from Süderdeich station by prior arrangement.

On the day of departure the accommodation is available until 10:00 . If you are leaving earlier, we would be pleased if you let us know the day before.

We ask you to note the following when leaving the accommodation:

Please put all the dishes in the kitchen cupboards, clean and dry, the dishwasher should be emptied before departure.

We ask that you leave the sink, fridge, oven and hob clean.

Please leave the accommodation swept clean, dispose of garbage and old glass.

Please remove the bed linen and place it in a pile in the accommodation unit together with the towels.

You are welcome to leave the key to the apartment in your room.

If the accommodation is in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to charge you for the considerable extra work involved in cleaning.

Final bill

Pay your final bill on the day before departure between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm or on the day of departure from 9.00 am.

We are happy to accept cash payment, payment by EC card is possible from a value of € 15.
