Water familiarization for babies from 3 months to 2 years focuses on shared experiences. In the loving company of parents and the baby swimming instructor, they learn the right handholds for their first exercises in the water through gentle movements and lots of physical contact. This strengthens confidence and promotes motor development. Spending time together in the water is not only fun but also promotes the bond between parent and child.
