The Cervo Colazione offers a special five-element breakfast - brunch that varies daily. It includes a vitamin-rich centrifuge or smoothie, a porridge or muesli inspired by Hildegard von Bingen, a delicious egg dish made from Nonsberg free-range eggs, something hearty prepared with seasonal, fresh and organic ingredients from local farmers and the flavors and essences of the forest, and to top it all off, a homemade cake from Ingrid's bakery. Homemade sourdough spelt bread and organic rye bread from the Roatnockerhof farm, two homemade jams, a dandelion caramel as well as apple juices from EVA Bio and homemade syrups complete the breakfast experience.
