We are delighted to announce that Franz is coming to cook the 6-course menu. The culinary highlights will be cooked by Franz Theodor Lenze.

Franz comes from the Sauerland and is a chef at Hotel Seegarten and loves nature. He prefers to cook with regional products.


Finally, the hostess Barbara the Grawandhütte has been in the Steindl family for the 3rd generation, i.e. for 70 years. Since August 2024 awarded with the Austrian Ecolabel and the European Ecco Label.

The food we use comes directly from the region. The eggs from the Heiseler Hof in Radfeld, the vegetables from the Knapp family in Hall, the milk and dairy products from the alpine pasture in Zemmgrund and the game meat from the Zemmgrund hunting area. The Grawand Radikal Regional six-course gourmet menu starts at 7 pm. The wine and beer accompaniment is provided by our regional brewery Zillertal Bier
