Our breath changes involuntarily (becoming anxious, shallower or accelerated) according to the situations of our lives. Nonetheless, if we learn to voluntarily control our breath we can change the way we react to the different events of life (keeping calmer more serene less physically and mentally stressed) and be
happier.
We give the breath a balanced rhythm, make the spine, shoulders and neck more flexible to prepare us for the change typical of the time of transition from maximum activity and warmth to recollection and winter cold.
