Description
Our beautiful hike to the Kronplatz (2275 m) starts at 1,800 m. A wonderful viewpoint surrounded by majestic mountains awaits us. From a distance we can admire the famous mountains Peitlerkofel, Piz Duela, as well as the Marmolada, the highest peak of the Dolomites. To the south we see the "Pfundra" Mountains.
On the summit there is the Concordia 2.000 Peace Bell and two impressive museums called Messner Mountain Museum and Lumes (Free entry with South Tyrolean Guestpass)
Total walking time ca. 3,5 hours, altitude difference ca. 455 m.
Start with the hotel shuttle (limited numbers of participants, possibility to follow with your own car).
