Walk of the 4 churches

Description

This is an easy walk, rich in contrasts and history, at the gateway to cool, verdant Valfurva.

Starting from the Bormio Tourist Office, you reach the Eden Bridge and take the bike path that runs along the Frodolfo River. In Piazza di Combo you can admire the Church of the Holy Crucifix, followed by the Beata Vergine del Sassello Church. You take the sent. S540.2 that leads to the village of Uzza in Valfurva where it is possible to visit the Church of S. Rocco. The trail continues on the provincial road passing in front of the Church of the Madonnina della Misericordia and continues on sent. S540.1 until it reaches the parish church of Bormio named after Saints Gervasius and Protasius.
