Indoor cycling is a highly effective cardio workout, known to some as "spinning". It conquered the fitness world many years ago and it is hard to imagine studios without it. This joint-friendly training can (usually) also be carried out if you have knee, back or hip problems.
Anyone who loves sport with music, wants to improve their fitness and burn calories is in good hands here. Here at the Aldiana Club Hochkönig, you can work up a sweat with this sweat-inducing sport.
