We drive with our own car to the Schlanderser Sonnenberg up to 1.300m. Below an old mountain farm we start our mountain tour on "hunter's tracks". The Vinschgau Valley is a valley rich in game and the wide open spaces are especially favorable to red deer. Via an old, unmarked, natural game trail we ascend to the "Schmalzalpl" at just under 2,000m. After a refreshment (own provisions for the day) we go up and down to the next destination, the Tappeiner Alm at 2,036m where we enjoy a magnificent view over the entire valley. Let the magic of nature inspire you and enjoy the silence of nature. Together we descend via the other side of the valley back to the starting point of this tour.
