To kick off our Wine Week, we welcome Günther Haas, who has been working for the St. Michael Eppan winery for over 20 years.
The St. Michael-Eppan winery is one of the most important and most award-winning wineries in South Tyrol and has already received several awards from specialist magazines such as Gambero Rosso and Falstaff for its outstanding wines. For over a century, around 320 winegrowing families have tended the vineyards around Eppan with great dedication and sensitivity. Cellar master Jakob Gasser continues the winery's legacy with a modern touch, combining technical expertise with a deep respect for nature. During the tasting, guests experience not only elegant white wines such as Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon, but also characterful red wines such as Pinot Nero and Lagrein - an expression of the passion and perfection for which St. Michael-Eppan is internationally renowned.
