Nia moves the body, relaxes the mind, releases emotions and touches the soul. Nia combines fitness, health and wellness. Choreographed and free forms of movement, inspired by Western and Eastern traditions, combine to create a healing and powerful dance. The harmonious movements have a balancing effect on the body's energy balance and activate the body's self-healing powers. Gentle, playful, regulating and yet powerful movement - that is Nia.
The "CLASSIC CLASS" follows the 7 cycles:
Step In, Focus, Warm Up, Get Moving, Floor Play, Cool Down, Step Out.
We dance barefoot or in socks
- and are therefore always in the gym.
