The Pfitscher Joch Trail is the perfect alternative for anyone who dreams of crossing the Alps but wants to plan less time. On this impressive route, we ride from the Zillertal over high alpine terrain up to the Pfitscher Joch, past the Schlegels reservoir and impressive waterfalls. We continue along historic paths towards South Tyrol - with fantastic panoramas, rustic Alpine pastures and genuine South Tyrolean specialties.

Accommodation & meals: Overnight stays in inns and mountain huts, half board included.

Horses & equipment: Spanish horses, Criollos, Lewitzers; trail and western saddles; some bitless bridles

Prerequisites:

- Confident in all gaits in the terrain

- Very good physical condition and riding experience

- Mental stability

- Prior participation in a preparation course or 4-day mountain and valley trail (only here will it be decided individually who is allowed on the Pfitscher Joch Tour)

- Participation with your own horse not possible

Weight restriction: max. 85 kg (without clothing)

Important note: Participation will be denied in the event of incorrect weight information and an actual rider weight over 85 kg. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund.
