A piece of the Bregenzerwald to take away is available at the Hittisau dairy - just a short detour away from us. All products are made from fresh, raw hay milk, and the mountain cheese is available in "mild", "spicy" and "matured for over 12 months" varieties. Plus regional treasures such as honey, fine brandies and freshly pressed oils. And if you come outside of opening hours - the cheese vending machine in front of the store is in operation around the clock.
