Hatha yoga is the classic yoga style on which many modern yoga styles are based. In this class, we combine postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and mindfulness to bring body and mind into harmony. In hatha yoga, the focus is on conscious and mindful practice - each posture is calmly built up, held and connected to the breath. This promotes strength, flexibility and concentration in equal measure.
