Come along and take part in my juggling and poi workshop. Learn the basics in a fun way, strengthen your coordination, concentration and balance. Juggling challenges both sides of your brain, which can have a positive effect on your whole life.

A poi is a spinning element used in artistic performance to showcase the art of movement. It consists of a ball that is held on a string and swung in a circle.
