This course prepares you optimally for the Alpine Crossing and is a prerequisite for participation. On Friday, we will focus intensively on horsemanship, leadership and safety topics - from leadership to crisis management. On Saturday and Sunday we will then get down to practical work: a two-day alpine ride through the Chiemgau Alps, where you can put your skills to the test in the terrain. You will receive personal feedback that will show you where you stand and whether you are ready for the "supreme discipline".

Prerequisites: Sure in all gaits, good physical condition, mental stability & ability to work in a team

Note: The preparation course is like an "application process" for the crossing of the Alps. The final acceptance or rejection usually takes place 8 weeks before the start (deadline: April 30).
Weight limit: max. 85 kg (without clothing)
Important note: Participation will be denied in the event of incorrect weight information and an actual rider weight over 85 kg. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of costs.
