As a coach at the Olympic Center Tyrol and lecturer at the University of Innsbruck, he shares his expertise as well as in his book "Wenn deine Welt zerbricht" (2025), in which he shows how to turn crises into new strength. Christoph has accompanied world champions and Olympic medal winners in many sports and combines top performance, regeneration and tools from competitive sports into a practical concept for everyday life, family and work.
