Connective tissue massage affects the entire autonomic nervous system. It is applied without oils. During a connective tissue massage, sensitive nerve fibers that extend into the subcutaneous tissue are activated by manual stimuli on the skin, resulting in an interaction between the skin and internal organs. Connective tissue massage is a special form of reflex massage. It has a very positive effect on blood circulation, lymph flow, hormone balance, acid-base balance, digestion and the autonomic nervous system.
