In this cooking class, participants will discover the diversity of authentic Tyrolean products and recipes. High-quality, locally sourced ingredients are transformed into creative dishes with heart and dedication. In addition to hands-on insights into the preparation process, you’ll learn fascinating facts about the producers, origins, and history. A culinary experience that combines enjoyment and regional flair.

· A brief, engaging theoretical overview & an introduction
to Tyrolean food culture
· Recipes as well as useful tips and tricks
· Cooking together with guidance from the chef
· Tasting of the homemade dishes paired with traditional Tyrolean beverages
