An impressive hike around Lake Altaussee leads along the lake shore.

Once you reach the other side of the lake, you will enter a natural overgrown "jungle", away from Lake Altaussee. The path is nevertheless easy to walk. Halfway there is the possibility to stop at a hunting lodge.

This hunting lodge was once the setting for the film "James Bond Spectre" and served as the villain's hideout in the film.

From the hunting lodge you can walk along the lake back to the starting point.
