Daffodil hike

Participation in hike is possible without registration, only for the bus seat (limited seats) registration is required.

Every year in spring, usually between mid-May and mid-June, many meadows in Ausseerland are transformed into a white sea of flowers.

The strong occurrence in the region is mainly favored by the rural climate. One finds the daffodils on nutrient-poor soils. The subsoil can vary from wet to very dry. The flowers can reach a height of 20 cm to 50cm.

We will drive to a daffodil meadow and pick them there for our big daffodil figurine, which we will put in the Aldiana on Saturday.
