Description
During the Aufguss, singing bowls are played, and their harmonious vibrations gently flow through the room and the body. The sounds of the bowls promote relaxation, help calm the mind, and provide a deep meditative experience. The combination of heat, sound, and meditation creates an atmosphere of mindfulness that brings the body and mind into harmony.
