How does the cold therapy work?
The session in the cold chamber lasts about three minutes in total. After a brief preliminary phase at -30 °C to -60 °C, you enter the main chamber at -110 °C. You’ll wear dry swimwear, gloves, socks, a face mask, and a hat. The extreme cold is surprisingly well tolerated and leaves you with a pleasantly invigorating sensation—accompanied by a soothing warmth that subsequently spreads throughout your body.

Cryotherapy can promote blood circulation, accelerate recovery after exercise, relieve inflammation and pain, and strengthen the immune system. Many guests also report a refreshed complexion, increased energy, and improved sleep—perfect after an intense day of skiing or other mountain activities.
What should I keep in mind before using the cold chamber?
* Skin and hair must be dry
* Avoid intense exercise, sauna sessions, and alcohol immediately before the treatment
* Please remove all jewelry, piercings, and metal objects
* Do not use any freshly applied lotion or cream
What should I wear during the cryotherapy session?
We provide you with the necessary protective gear—including gloves, headphones or a hat, a face mask, socks, and shoes. The rest of your body should be lightly covered in swimwear so that the cold can take full effect.
