How does cryotherapy work?
The stay in the cold chamber lasts around three minutes in total. After a short preliminary phase at -30 °C to -60 °C, the main chamber follows at -110 °C. Dry swimwear, gloves, socks, face mask and hat are worn. The extreme cold is surprisingly well tolerated and leaves a pleasantly invigorating feeling - accompanied by a soothing warmth that spreads through the body afterwards.

Cryotherapy can promote blood circulation, accelerate regeneration after sport, relieve inflammation and pain and strengthen the immune system. Many guests also report a refreshed complexion, increased energy and improved sleep - perfect after an intensive day of skiing or activity in the mountains.
What should I consider before the cold chamber treatment?
* Skin and hair must be dry
* No intensive sport, no sauna sessions and no alcohol immediately before the treatment
* Please remove any jewelry, piercings and metal objects
* Do not use freshly applied lotion or cream
What should I wear during cryotherapy?
We provide all the necessary protective equipment - including gloves, headphones or cap, face mask, socks and shoes. The rest of the body remains lightly clothed in swimwear so that the cold can take full effect.
