It's about immersing yourself in the moment, choosing colors, shapes and lines spontaneously and letting your art surprise you. Intuitive painting promotes mindfulness and self-development and offers a valuable opportunity to make your inner dialog visible. Christina will take you on a creative journey to yourself. At the end of the session, you will hold your own work of art in your hand, which you can of course take home with you.
