Intuitive painting is a creative form of expression that is not about technique or perfect results, but about the tangible expression of feelings and thoughts. Here, you are guided by your own instincts and inner perception rather than following a fixed plan. It's about immersing yourself in the moment, choosing colors, shapes and lines spontaneously and letting your art surprise you. Intuitive painting promotes mindfulness and self-development and offers a valuable opportunity to make your inner dialog visible. Christina will take you on a creative journey to yourself. At the end of the session, you will hold your own work of art in your hand, which you can of course take home with you.
