Tobogganing in summer? Of course! The summer toboggan run in the Tennengau municipality of Abtenau takes you downhill at speed from May to October. Park your car in the free parking lot directly at the valley station of the Karkogel mountain railway. Within a few minutes, the comfortable cable car takes you to the starting point of the alpine toboggan run: here, streamlined yellow summer toboggans await brave riders! Children up to 6 years of age can experience the toboggan run together with an adult. Children over 6 years of age, who are tall enough to ride the summer toboggan on their own, may speed down the summer toboggan run with their own child seat. A safety belt is a must for big and small fans of curves! The toboggan's centrifugal brake ensures that little racers don't go too fast: The speed is automatically reduced to a maximum of 40 km/h.
