Helpful facts
Our pitches, rooms and accommodations are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Chalets and mobile homes from 16:00.
On the day of departure, we ask you to return your key card to the reception or in the baskets provided by 11:00 am at the latest. If you want to leave before 8:00 a.m., we ask you to settle the bill at our reception the evening before.
You can check in online via Hotelbird. You will automatically receive an email from us 2 days before arrival.
On the day of departure, you can check out very relaxed via the Hotelbird app.
