This week we will immerse ourselves in the wonderful combination of movement & healing sounds. The sounds speak to people on a special and deep level: They have a harmonizing and vitalizing effect on body, mind and soul, release tension on a physical and mental level and invite you to listen to yourself and immerse yourself in a deep connection to yourself.
Yoga for a relaxed neck & sound
A yoga practice to mobilize and relax the upper back and neck, areas of the body where we often unconsciously tense muscles. The exercises loosen the neck muscles and release tension. The power of sound helps you to let go and relax.
